Refund Policy

At Ribhu Sanyal (ribhusanyal.in), we are committed to providing a meaningful and high-quality learning experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.
1. Pre-recorded video courses Digital product
Due to the digital nature of our pre-recorded course content, all sales of pre-recorded video courses are final and non-refundable once course access has been granted.
We strongly encourage you to read the full course description and reach out to us at dhrupad@ribhusanyal.in with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions about course content, level, and suitability.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of:
- A technical failure that prevents access to course content (where we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days)
- Accidental duplicate purchase of the same course
2. Live 1-on-1 sessions Reschedulable
Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: Full credit issued — the session fee can be applied to a rescheduled session at no extra charge.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the session: The session fee is non-refundable. However, at Ribhu's discretion, a one-time rescheduling may be offered for genuine emergencies.
No-show (student does not attend without notice): The session fee is forfeited. The session is considered completed.

3. Session packs (5 or more sessions) Partial refund eligible
If you have purchased a pack of sessions and wish to discontinue:
- Unused sessions (those not yet scheduled or attended) are eligible for a pro-rata refund, minus any applicable transaction fees
- Sessions already attended are non-refundable
- Refund requests for session packs must be made within 60 days of purchase
4. Cancellation by Ribhu Sanyal Full refund
In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled session:
- You will be notified as early as possible
- A full session credit will be issued, or a full refund at your preference
- We will make every effort to reschedule at your earliest convenience
5. How to request a refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at dhrupad@ribhusanyal.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]" and include:
- Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase
- The course or session name and date of purchase
- The reason for the refund request
- Your Razorpay payment reference number (found in your payment confirmation email)
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
